Speaker 1: I’m trying to work on my game here. I want to learn how to be a shooting guard. They always got me in the middle being a center. I don’t want to be the center, I got a nice little jumpshot, I want to be a shooter. Shooting guard, me. What you got?
Speaker 2: I’m going to teach you how to become a better shooting guard.
Speaker 1: You think so?
Speaker 2: I’m going to teach you how to shoot the ball.
Speaker 1: Oh really?
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker 1: Okay, all that good stuff.
Speaker 2: And I’m going to teach you how to move without the ball.
Speaker 1: Without the ball?
Speaker 2: Yeah, because when you want to become a shooting guard, it’s not just about shooting the ball just because it’s a shooting guard.
Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
Speaker 2: You got to move without the ball, you got to get yourself open.
Speaker 1: Okay.
Speaker 2: You got to learn how to come off of a screen.
Speaker 1: Oh, okay okay. Good, good.
Speaker 2: You got to learn how to shoot the ball off of the dribble.
Speaker 1: Off the dribble, too?
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker 1: That’s a lot of stuff.
Speaker 2: That’s how you become a better shooting guard.

Speaker 2: You don’t want to be a one dimensional player.
Speaker 1: No.
Speaker 2: We want to be a well rounded player so it becomes harder to guard you.
Speaker 1: What are some of the great shooting guards out there?
Speaker 2: Kobe Bryant.

Speaker 2: Rip Hamilton.

Speaker 2: Because he moves without the ball.
Speaker 1: Yeah.
Speaker 2: Reggie Miller

Speaker 2: Yeah you want to be definitely, a well rounded player. You want to make sure that you can shoot the ball off the catch, shoot the ball off the dribble and move without the ball. And those things will help you become a better shooting guard.
