How to Shoot a Basketball (How to play in the Low Post)?
In today’s video, Coach Tom explains how to set up in the low post, catch the ball and read the defender. This includes where to set up in the key, body positioning, the release step (to “meet the ball” and get separation), chinning the ball in a Position of Power, and evaluating the defense.
